Happy First Birthday, Kannon

We had the privilege of catering cupcakes for youngest customer, Kannon.

On the menu: Cookies n'Cream, Strawberry, Peanut butter and Chocolate Stout. * Chocolate Stout was a special request from Kannon's dad. 

We started by prepping our fresh strawberries for pureeing and baking. Working with strawberries can be tricky. Brittney's Baking Tip: Make sure to pat try your strawberries multiple times before folding into your batter. Failure to do so will cause to much moisture in your batter and your cupcakes won't rise properly.
